Services description
Clarion Workforce Intelligence Systems ("Clarion", "we", "us") provides workforce readiness and deployment infrastructure for regulated care labor markets, including clinical verification, compliance tracking, and operational governance tools.
User obligations
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting demos or contacting us, and to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you.
Intellectual property
All content, software, and materials on the Services are the property of Clarion or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
